Return Period
In accordance with Dutch consumer protection law and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the product. To meet the withdrawal deadline, you must send your withdrawal request before the 14-day period expires.
If you have ordered multiple products in one order, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the last product.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following conditions:
- Products must be unused and in their original condition
- Products must be in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- Products must not show signs of wear, damage, or use
- All accessories and documentation included with the product must be returned
- Proof of purchase must be provided
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or to deduct from the refund amount if the product has been damaged due to your handling.
Cost of Return Shipping
If you are returning a product because it is defective, incorrect, or damaged upon delivery, we will cover the cost of return shipping. In all other cases, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via email or phone to notify us of your intention to return the product
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
- Package the product securely in its original packaging
- Include the return authorization number and proof of purchase in the package
- Send the package to the address provided in the return instructions
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Products that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Products returned without original packaging
- Products that have been modified or altered
- Products returned after the 14-day return period
Order Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel your order before it is shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it in accordance with our return policy.
If you cancel an order before shipment, we will refund the full amount within 14 business days of receiving your cancellation request.
Refund Procedure
In accordance with Dutch consumer law, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract.
We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Please note that:
- Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your payment provider (typically 3-5 business days)
- We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest
- We may deduct from the refund amount if the product has been damaged due to your handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods
- We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, please contact us to discuss availability. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must meet the same return conditions. You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, and we will cover all associated shipping costs. Please provide photographs of the defect or damage to help us process your claim quickly.
