What sizes are available?
We offer storage tubes in various diameters (50mm to 150mm) and lengths (60cm to 250cm). Portfolio cases are available in standard formats from A4 to A0, as well as custom sizes. For detailed specifications, please visit our Formats page.
Are the products waterproof?
Our storage tubes feature water-resistant seals and weather-resistant materials that protect against moisture and humidity. However, they are not fully waterproof and should not be submerged in water. For detailed information about protection features, please see our Protection page.
Can I customize the products?

How do I place an order?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to countries within the European Union. For delivery outside the EU, please contact us for shipping options and costs.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary by destination and delivery method. Standard delivery within the Netherlands costs €5.95 (free for orders over €50). EU standard delivery costs €12.95. For detailed shipping costs, please see our Shipping page.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
Return Questions
Can I return a product?
Yes, you have the right to return products within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason, in accordance with Dutch consumer law. Products must be unused and in their original condition. For detailed return information, please see our Return Policy.
Who pays for return shipping?
If you are returning a product because it is defective, incorrect, or damaged upon delivery, we will cover the return shipping costs. In other cases, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
